Can TMPGenc Export WMV files?

I've succeeded in getting extractive video using TyTool under 3.0. 
Thanks to all who helped me do this.

Now I'd like to create WMV files to play on my PocketPC from 
extracted TiVo video. I know how to take the video and convert it to 
an AVI using TMPGenc, but is there a way to get a Windows .wmv file 
out of TMPGenc?
