The good and bad of tyc under cygwin

Stream #1: Earth Final Conflict...generates a segmentation fault at 
57:34.1, I tried twice. Atleast the show had ended... Otherwise the file 
was in perfect sync.
Stream #2: 7th heaven...a perfect 1 hour 5 minute in sync single mpg file 
was generated
Stream #3: 7th heaven...not so perfect. Its 6k smaller than the last, and 
it causes the Elecard software mpeg decoder to cause a fault in 
kernel32. DVD2AVI reads the file, but I'm looking to just create a 
properly synced mpg file to play in the elecard or similar player

Maybe I'll try restarting my computer to see if the #3 works...
